@Somerset 313Found this nice stall at the food court upstairs at Somerset 313. This was like a traditional chinese noodle where you see the cook shave noodles from a pastry with a unique knife. Pretty good i must say!
Getting there: Take MRT to Somerset and go upstairs to the 4th or 5th floor.
