Hidden at a corner of the 1st floor at Paragon, this pattiseri serves nice Italian sandwiches or paninni. Tried the Parma ham with buffalo mozzarella topped with pesto. The paninni was quite a big serving and will be good to share if you're not too hungry. Also tried the cakes which looks really pretty and not too sweet! Coffee is ok but not strong enough.
